1. Use of Our Website

You agree to use GoldieG.shop only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe on the rights of others or restrict their use and enjoyment of the site.

You must be at least 18 years old or have the involvement of a parent or guardian to use our services.

2. Custom Orders & Product Information

Goldie G Marketing specializes in custom t-shirt designs. All shirts are printed and shipped by a third-party fulfillment partner. Please note:

  • Product images are for illustrative purposes. Actual products may vary slightly.

  • Custom-made items are produced after ordering. Change-of-mind returns and exchanges are not accepted. Damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect items may qualify for a replacement or refund under our Refund Policy (see Section 5).

  • It is your responsibility to ensure all personalization details are correct before placing an order.​

 

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices listed on our site are in U.S. dollars unless otherwise noted. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time without notice.

Payments are securely processed via third-party payment gateways. We do not store your payment information.

4. Shipping & Fulfillment

  • Orders are printed and shipped by our trusted third-party vendor.

  • Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but may vary based on location and production volume.

  • You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for orders delivered to incorrect addresses.​

 

5. Returns, Refunds & Replacements

Because each item is custom-made, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for a change of mind, an incorrectly selected size or color, or personalization details you supplied or approved incorrectly. This does not apply to errors in our fulfillment.

We will replace or refund products that are:

  • Damaged in transit,

  • Misprinted, or

  • Otherwise defective, or different from your confirmed order.

 

To request help, email sales@goldiegmarketing.com within 7 calendar days of delivery with your order number, a description of the problem, and clear photos when available. Contact us before returning an item; we will provide instructions and prepaid return shipping if an eligible return is required. No restocking fee applies to approved claims. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of approval, or sooner where required by law. Your payment provider may take additional time to display the credit. The seven-day reporting request does not limit rights available under applicable consumer law. 6. Intellectual Property

All content on GoldieG.shop, including designs, images, logos, and text, is the intellectual property of Goldie G Marketing or its licensors. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our content without express written permission.

We use third-party vendors for printing, shipping, and payment processing. While we carefully choose our partners, we are not responsible for the terms, policies, or practices of these third-party services.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Goldie G Marketing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products.

We make no guarantees or warranties beyond what is stated on this site and in our policies.
